Evaluate the existing structure of your learning team’s company in a minimum of 2,100 words, complete the following:

Explain how the structure will change.
Discuss the challenges that will occur during the transition period between the announcement of the downsizing and the final closing.
Recommend strategies to assist employees during the transition including both those who will be leaving the company and those who may have new responsibilities.
